WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
I am based at Rutland Lodge Medical Centre, Scott Hall Road, Leeds LS7 3DR. There is parking outside, and disabled access. Alternatively you can get the following buses from Leeds city centre to just opposite the Medical Centre - 35, 45 and 71.
WHEN DO YOU WORK THERE?
I do my private work on a Thursday (daytime only).
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
I charge £35 an hour.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, there will be no charge. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be asked to pay the usual fee.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
It's difficult to say. When we first meet we can discuss this. It depends both on the issue that you're bringing to counselling and how long it takes to work through. Personal factors such as how much time and money you have to commit to the process will also be taken into account. Together we will agree how many sessions we think you will need. I have worked with many people with a short, time-limited contract (usually the minimum would be six weeks) and with others we have worked together for much longer - up to one or even two years.

You can ring and leave a message on my mobile or send me an email. I will get back to you as soon as I can. We will arrange an initial appointment where we can talk about what you want from counselling, and you can decide wether or not it's something you want to continue with. If it is, we can decide how many sessions we think you will need.
